Dad’s get no respect. And, in a time when maleness is anathema to, well, everything, dad’s get extra levels of no respect.
You don’t have to be Jordan Peterson to know that dads do a lot. They do boy things that need doing and it is very okay for things to be boy things and for boys to do them.
Dads, speaking for this one, like beer and gardening and then grilling and drinking some wine with that food. Again, speaking for myself, we are rather simple folk.
So, give dad what he wants: Beer, meat and wine.
He also wants hugs, but those you have to make yourself.
