Planning. No one gets anywhere without a plan. At least not on purpose. Big or small, tasks need plans. Here’s the first of many edits to the prep list for Thanksgiving. It’s mine so you many find some holes, but feel free to take this as a start.

Pecan pie filling
Pumpkin Pie filling
Candied pecans for snacks
Sweet potato casserole
Peel and boil and mash sweets
Garlic mashed potatoes
Cream/butter mix
Dinner rolls
Turkey stock
Turkey necks, mire poix, sachet
