The source of health is sometimes the source of inflammation and pain. Swollen joints and gut issues are real problems for many people.
80% of the time eat well and 20% of the time cheat with carbs.
This is an important idea and you can tailor it to fit you, but strict adherence to a plan makes the plan no fun. That’s a welcome idea since I do enjoy some things-candy-maybe more than my body prefers.
