Teach Kids Math Skills and Get Yummy Treats
My kids enjoy being in the kitchen so, of course, I put them to work.
They like making the foods we eat and I like teaching them that cups and quarts and gallons and dollars have a lot in common as math goes. Learning to follow directions and the order of operations and being tidy are also bonuses to making muffins or brownies or home made pasta.
Kids might need cookbooks and I’ve added a few of ours. I’ve plenty of recipes they can help with, but who doesn’t want more cookbooks?
