Food sovereignty can start in your backyard

The garden you grow, at your house, should be yours to consume as you wish.  If you have excess, you should be able to trade or sell that excess.

Seems pretty simple, but over time, it became very complicated.  Food sovereignty means a few things but it all boils down to eating the food you want to eat with no red tape.
